The printed instructions are clear, but I highly recommend watching the videos too. Both for the removal and refixing of the container and for the process to reset the counter. I was a bit concerned about doing both parts but the videos gave me confidence and it all went really well. Just watch the videos and take your time. Superb product, highly recommended.

The replacement pads themselves worked a treat. I really appreciated the bits of philosophy in the instructions (about why we don't need to keep throwing printers that work fine in the landfills). Much appreciated, will use again.
