This suspension rod kit was a very competitive price, it arrived quickly, and seems to be of good quality. I was able to replace the rods in less than an hour (yea, I have had the machine apart before). Prior to installing the new suspension, the washer went out of balance constantly. This solved the problem, we can now wash a full sized load, including jeans and/or towels, and never go out of balance if loaded reasonably uniform. Internet can show you how if you are unsure, and it will save you a BUNDLE of bucks.

We had serious problems with our washer constantly going out of balance and banging hard during spin cycles. It was very frustrating constantly babysitting each wash load, trying to realign the clothes so they would spin without the washer going crazy. We were about ready to throw the washer out the door, till we did some research online and found that replacing the suspension rods would fix this problem. upon opening the kit box I notice that the plastic holders seemed to have been used ,they had rust stains on them .I installed the rods and it solved my problem with the washer .so I am happy about that but wonder if I received used parts. the price was half of what I had been seeing so I'm good with this kit and the results.
