I ordered a Rocky Birthday card with a clear message to change the word Stallion to a nine year old boys name. Their advert clearly states that cards can be amended but the card arrived without the change I had asked for and when I contacted the seller to point this out they told me that I didn’t send them a message and that they don’t offer changes to this particular card.
