I would say that the only real issue is the long time that it takes to charge and how quickly the battery dies. I’m guessing that figuring out how to install apps onto the phone is just something that I will learn with time, but my 1 year old does love throwing it around and then pressing every button imaginable. Ok, but hard to set up
I bought this used for a 5 year old boy. It is very slow to download and the wifi connection software to send messages is very hard to accomplish. It could be because of prior owner I suppose, but I find it difficult and can not get the messages he tries to send me. Great alternative to learning tablets for young kids.
I now own 2 blue and 1 pink kiddibuzz. It was a pain setting up my account 2 years ago but easy to add these other 2 kiddibuzzes to my account. Good learning games that do not require internet. Battery lasts a while. My 4 year old boy and my 6 and 9 year old girls play these a lot.
