Remote included with tv does not have up/down & left/right arrows required to set up & operate tv. We had to download app on our phones which don't work 1/2 the time & purchase a separate tablet remote that 5 days later still will not work because it won't connect to wi-fi. Tried emailing Vizio customer support & their website does not recognize the model or serial # of their remote. Tried calling & agent kept putting me on hold to "check his resources". After 15 minutes of being mostly on hold I hung up still frustrated with a remote that still doesn't work. I have never bought a tv that the remote did not include ALL the buttons needed to operate it. Much less have to purchase a separate remote to operate it. I doubt I'll ever buy another Vizio product again. I have wasted more time trying to get the tv & extra remote set up that I'm ready to return it ALL & go buy a Samsung or LG that does NOT require purchasing a separate remote or downloading app on phone to operate it. After only 2 months, picture is going completely out numerous times, & sometimes sound, then when you power it off & back on again, it doesn't come on. Per Vizio tech support you have to unplug cord, press & hold buttons on back of tv to restore to factory settings, plug back in (& hope it works.) When asked of support agent if this is normal & we should expect to have to do this often, he said yes. I'm ready to return for refund.Read full review
