The keyboard is intact, no cracks or missing parts of the casing, so it is an upgrade to the keyboard it is meant to replace, but like my older one, it has a couple of problems as well -- the left Ctrl key and the F5 key don't always work. They are not sagging like the "E" on my old keyboard, but they occasionally do not register. This one is good enough to use as a backup, but I bid on a second one of these and the other one is better.

It's a good keyboard for what it was designed for. I just it to start up in BIOS.
