    This is a solid USB Modem. Lock in on the signal. I run this 24 hours a day as it is my only source of internet connection. This is my second one. First one gave me over five years of service.

    Disappointed

    The device appears to function but will not connect to the Verizon server. Factory store techs can't help. Haven't had time to set on the phone with customer support.

    Great product.

    Works well. In the Verizon connection management software, make sure you select the broadband mode instead of wireless NIC mode.
