The earlier models of these VX520s are not as Good as the newer ones. I purchased a rev23 which is slightly older and does not have any convenience functions like sleep control. For a small business, this is not ideal because it runs 24/7 and eventually burns out the led keypad lights, making them hard to see, and also uses a lot of electricity for my small business that only processes maybe 3-4 transaction per month. Programmed in less then 5 min to Chase.
