Board was returned damaged. Coppell is very tricky. They send you a letter using the original tracking number so the transaction can be completed when and how they want. They dropped my power supply and said that is was good. They charged me the service feed and closed the transaction with a partial refund. Therefore by the time the damaged part showed up I was unable to open any type of case at all.

Sorry to hear about your troubles.Unfortunately for both of us you have jumped the trigger and had made a review that contains factually false assertions and that makes things more difficult.You state that we "dropped your power supply", but cannot and could not possibly prove that.Unlike you we are in position to know for a fact it isn't true.It is also not true that you cannot open a case: you can and you should - with the carrier.The procedure for good boards is in the listing.
