When I decided to make this purchase from this vendor, they helped me all the way until it was set up and I was satisfied! This TV is amazing. Picture and sound could not be better. I have a family room that’s about 23’ x 15’ and it’s just perfect. Being refurbished, you just never know. But it was double boxed when it was shipped and then wrapped very carefully. It does not have any sign that it is a refurbished model – no scratches, dents, or anything else. We plugged in 1 HDMI cable and then plugged in the TV. That was it! Super instructions on-screen of how to get it registered and set up cable. And it comes with detachable legs so no need to hang it on the wall right away to enjoy it. This is the 2nd Visio TV I have purchased, refurbished from an ebay seller. That one is 32” and still perfect, awesome picture and I bought it 6 years ago! Anyone looking to buy a big screen TV, I’d recommend they check out this 55” 4k Vizio model. Mine is a 2016 model.Read full review
