Quality pump
I purchased one of these after reading reviews. Some people said they were hot some people said they were loud. I don't think they get that hot to me personally. For a 35 watt air pump, I think it works very well so far. I am using all ships lines and all are stones are pumping oxygen into the water well. I have only had my first one for a month so I will update on the length of time at last unless it lasts longer than 6 months. I would recommend this pump.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Not recommended for display tank
Getting a powerful aerator solved one problem however it is so loud you can’t enjoy looking at your fish tank without a loud rumbling in the background. My suggestion is if you’re using it to aerate 20+ tanks in your basement or a small pond, go for it. Bought this pump with hopes of powering a few tanks with sponge filters. It has done exactly what I wanted it to do for a great price. Haven’t had it long enough to tell you how good the overall quality is with durability but right now I’m very impressed. WOW, I must say buying aquarium parts isn't the most fun, I have turned to the Internet for most of it because of a recent handicap. With this pump I wasn't sure if it was going to b powerful enough to do undergravel filter in 60 gallon tank, so I received this package crazy fast, pretty sure u just beamed it to me, never seen a package get here so quick, very impressive. So pump is here I sort out all my hoses and hook everything up, takes 20 min. I plug in pump and my lid is literally bubbling off my tank, and wow again. This is without a doubt 1 of the better pumps I've ever dealt with and if u add in the fact u just beam my stuff to me so there is really no shipping time. WOW WOW WOW Best buy for the money. It is actually an air compressor not just a pump.
This little beast puts out a lot of air. I am using it to run 6 double sponge filters in 6 different tanks. The title of the listing says air pump but it is actually rated as an air compressor. So the soft humming or buzz is going to be normal. Its really quiet. The little aquarium air pumps make a noise as well just on a much smaller scale. The quality is really good. Its heavy and the parts are sturdy not thin metal or a thin air bladder. This thing can be used to clean tools, blow up an air mattress and many more. The instructions list it for 9 different heavy duty uses for its size. Will order more once I can't add anymore tanks to this one lol.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

One Nice Pump
I have it in my Garage, going thur the wall,(had to get a longer hose) as you will know if you buy one,But it is one Hell of a Pump,,I've got 15 things ( Air stones, Sponge Filters,Ect.) feeding off it, and I could put more on it.. Great Pump,, I've Bought a lot of pump, just a Waste of money when you have more then 5 things to run. Way nicer than others of same specifications!
Much nicer quality than another brand that I bought was supposed to be a 950 GPH 32W. Does not compare to this pump was much louder and you could tell a very lower quality. This pump right here is good quality even though I’ve only had it running for about a month it runs three aquariums that I have very nicely. Be sure you need this much power!
I had read in a review that this pump was more of a compressor and have to agree. It puts out enough air to more than operate the six tanks I have sponge filters in. Affordable. Works great for outdoor ponds.
Easily handles multiple diffusers, airstones. If you want air, you get it with this Beast! Cons....it is a bit loud, however if your using it outdoors for a pond, filtration etc...use a cover for it.
