    Easy to install, great idea!

    The patch cord is easy to install, just stick the pins in the back of the rearview mirror connector. Black is ground and on my mirror, orange was power. The patch cord is the perfect length to reach my visor mounted V1. I used the included zip tie to snug the cord to the mirror's power cable in order to prevent dislodging the pins from the back of the plug. Looks good and beats having to string the factory power cable from cigarette lighter to detector. If you have a V1 mounted to your visor, you need to get this patch cord!

    Easy install and the quality product

    The mirror link cord worked great for hooking up my Valentine One to my 2020 Toyota Tacoma. The leads didn't feel flimsy and easily slid into the appropriate pin holes next to the existing wiring. For my 3rd gen Tacoma the switched hot wire was tan and the ground wire was the black/white one. Less than 5 minutes to install!

    Nice option to the bulky power cords.

    I highly recommend this power cord if you don't like bulky power cords obstructing your view. The integrated 2 amp fuse is slender and makes it easy to conceal the wiring. Very easy to install if you have a power and ground source at your mirror.
