Great gadget!
It converts an old fan or a cheap one into a remote controlled one. Easy to use and high quality. It also solves the problem of having one wallswitch but you need independent control of fan and light. The price is unbeatable too! Seems to work well except .....
Except when there is a short or long power glitch, when power returns, the light goes on and it beeps. The fan stays off. The company has done as much as possible to fix. They are now sending me another one to see if it does the same thing. Time will tell.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Quit working on day three
Worked fine for 2 days. On day 3 first the light wouldn't turn on then the fan quit working. Used voltage tester on it and found that it beeped so it recieved the signal from the remote but no current was detected for the wiring going to the fan or the light. This unit no longer functions. Does what it is supposed to do.
Tried the product and it worked as expected. The best part is that the display and the information provided is all in English. Even though the fans I have were imported from China, this works like a charm with them. The devices on the fans had issues with 110V but this worked without any problems.
