I bought this and several other cookbooks because I am diabetic but I have a sweet tooth. This book has given me many good ideas as to how to create desserts without using sugar. Splenda isn't the perfect replacement...there are times when it won't mix well chemically in a recipe or it won't bake well, but Marlene Koche has done a lot of the experimentation so I don't have to.
I have been looking for good recipes made with splenda as I am a diabetic. I had read many reviews on Marlene Koch's books and all were great. I didn't find one bad thing said. This is now the third book I bought of hers and I am happy with all. I would highly recommend her books. She would try the recipes over till she got them just right. She put a lot of work into them

The recipes I've tried so far taste so good I wish there were more of them. The book does have a good selection of different popular desserts.
This book has a lot of recipes with fruit, and my husband can not eat fruit. I bought it thinking on sugar free recipes, and it is not going to be useful et all.
