Wanted a small handheld vacuum to clean the car and small messes. This vacuum worked well for the first few uses. However, the "tap clean" filter cloggs very quickly and no matter how much you "tap" it, or even wash it (as in the instructions) it will not bring it back to anything like new. The rotary brush that came with the vacuum only worked for the first few times we used the vacuum. After that, the vacuum did not have enough suction to run the brush. The filters are about $15 each, too much considering they clog so quickly. This vacuum would work ok on very small messes of something like popcorn or cookie crumbs. But don't try it on things like fireplace ashes, flour, dirt, or anything fine enough to clog the filter.
I wanted a small hand held vacuum to do curtains, furniture, etc. that was light weight. This item has great power for a small unit and would recommend it to anyone.
Ultra powerful with its 1000-watt motor, this Euro Pro weighs only 4 lbs and is perfect for those small jobs around the house that need immediate and efficient cleaning!
