Exactly what I wanted
Everyone makes the micro to C converter. But I want the other way around! I have a nice new type-C cable that I'll use for my cell phone, but still want to be able to charge my ebook and other older devices that use micro USB. This adapter allows me to do exactly that while only needing to travel with the one cable. The overseas shipping to the US took forever (3-4 weeks), but otherwise I'm super happy. I'm glad it was a 5 pack, because the things are tiny and I'm sure I'll lose a couple at some point.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Does not take a standard male USB-B micro plug
The adapter does work, but it does not mate well with a standard male USB-B micro plug. The micro plug will not insert completely. In fact only about 2/3 of a standard plug will go into this adapter leaving a very noticeable gap between the plug and the adapter. Not only does this look tacky but also creates opportunity for something to short out on the exposed plug during active use. I really wish they wouldn't sell this stuff.
