While putting the rolling clothes rack together, I noticed when I got to the second shelf, the joints had no stopping pegs or something to keep the first shelf steady as you built up to the next level, sooooo it's basically worthless. Thanks guys, I'll put the clothes back on the treadmill where they were before!! Anyone reading this, pick one of the all metal heavy duty racks, you'll spend more, but I learned my lesson. Sometimes you gotta pay more to get a better product!

The small metal rods that make up the shelves are not fixed in the holders, so even small tweeks of the frame make the shelves fall apart. I used duct tape at every rod connection to help with this problem. Overall it's a nice unit for home use if you can set it up and not move it around. I would not recommend for commercial use.

Poor quality, missing parts. Also, the ends of the poles are super sharp. Once we realized we had parts missing, my husband went to take it apart and grazed his chin on of the poles. The ends of the poles are like razors - he had to get 4 stiches - no joke! I would not recommend this product.

I wish I would've spent more money for a good quality rack. This is too flimsy. I can't use the shelves because the bars keep falling out. NOT heavy duty at all. Very misleading.

It is the right size but not very steady, tends to lean and is not Heavy Duty.
