I had an I-phone, which "died". This is a replacement phone and it serves my needs at a fraction of the price of a new I-phone. Pros; it is small, but the screen is usable and clear. The phone offers most of the features of my former I-phone. It charges fast. Take very acceptable pictures. Cons; The phone came with excessive number of pre-installed apps. Once games and other such apps are deleted, all is well. The key pad for typing is very small for "man size hands".

For the price, it is pretty nice, but it left me wishing I had gotten something with a faster processor and more memory. I had to upgrade it to android 2.2 so I could fit the applications I wanted on it, but when I did, I lost support from the android market. It makes a very nice music player/gps. The web browsing is ridiculousness slow on wifi, and I am certain it is not the internet connection. Also, Bluetooth will not work with many input devices such as keyboards ans wiimotes.
it's ok if you need a phone.it's no iphone or droid but it serves it's purpose.I bought it for my daughter as a replacement for her trashed iphone.All I ever hear about it,is that it's just a slow piece of junk.But then againwhen I call her it does sound better than her iphone did.So as a phone it's good as a smartphone very slow.
This phone is easy access. I had one a few weeks ago, and I must say that, even though it was a replacement until I got mine back from being repaired, it was excellent.
Worst phone of all time. There is nothing positive about this phone. Slow, unresponsive, very short battery life. So slow that I carry an extra phone around in the event of a emergency. My wife was involved in an accident and couldn't even dial 911 expediently. The engineers and executives at Samsung threw this over the fence. NTelos won't own up to pushing this terrible phone to customers. Anyone who gives this phone above 2 stars is smoking crack!!
