It’s no secret that Glock factory sights are plastic and easily broken off if you do any amount of serious training or competition. The shrouded fiber optics or the TFX, coupled with tritium night sight makes these ideal for daytime or nighttime work. You will lose a little sight radius, but the ability to quickly get on target with the TFX design makes this a non issue. I have the regular TFX on one gun and now these Pro’s on the 43. I like them both. The orange ring on the Pro’s front sight is a little bit of an advantage, but not a big difference to me. The TFX are a good choice and far superior to factory sights.

This sight is bright when in full sun and during periods of limited visibility. However, the dots are impossible to see when firing from a shaded area into full sunshine or a well lit area. For example, I tested these sights on a covered range during a bright sunny day. The dots were impossible to see and finding the front sight was also a challenge. When I moved out from under the covering, the sights lit up very nicely. So, my opinion and test results show these sights are good in some conditions, but fail in others such as firing from shade into a well lit area. Factory sights worked better during these conditions.

I have used Tritium sights for 30 years. White in daytime, green at night they work fine. These sights, in my opinion are like stepping up from using a tube TV to a 4K flat screen. Latest technology, love the red circle which makes the front sight pop. Excellent for CCW, why would I go low bid on the one gun my life and innocents that may depend on my hitting the threat depend on!

Well made and easy to install but I'm not sure about them. The beveled edge to assist in single hand operation is cool and they really look nice on top of my G43 but front sight acquisition is a lot slower for me with these for the following reasons. The short distance between the two leaves little change in perspective of the front and rear sights. The orange ring is noticeable but in brighter light the fiber optics are too vivid. Covering the tops of the rear sight provides enough contrast between front and rear to help out but in the end I think I would prefer big dot style sights. Ultimately I think the u notch is a bit tight with the bright rear f/o dots but like anything can be trained to overcome. The tritium works as advertised in darkness.

I got a set for my Glock 19 and liked them so much I got a set for 43. Excellent day time sights and very good night sights. The only thing I don't like about them is they're all the same color. Sometimes it's hard to pick out the orange contrast ring on the the front sight in low light. Easy to install with a Glock front sight tool, a nylon punch and hammer.
