This is a good quality front sight. It has the same height & sight picture of their folding model, but the rail mount is totally different: you remove the mounting screw completely, slide the sight over your rail (from the front) insert screw & tighten. It requires much more torque to mount because you're pinching (bending) the lower part of the sight base around the rail until it clamps down. Daniel Defense fixed sights mount in a similar fashion.

I kind of ruined my Seekins rail installing this fixed front sight. The relief cuts do not allow the sight to open up and slide on to a rail easily. I had to use a rubber mallet to get it to go on and to scraped off the finish of all it touched. Luckily i dont plan on taking it off. I dont recommend this fixed front sight.

Nice sights and they appear to be very well made. These are easily adjusted and co witness very nicely through my Primary Arms red dot. The price was very competitive with other high end sights.
