I highly recommend this book. The pictures are wonderful, and the author's explanations about the nutrition of ingredients being used is great. I am a tactile person and enjoy the feel of actual books as opposed to digital recipes only. This paper version is perfect for me when I am actually cooking and I want to put slips of paper as bookmarks for the recipes I want to cook next, and on the paper book I can write notes about the recipe. (I also purchased somewhere else the PDF version of this book, and it is awesome to help me quickly find recipes, ingredients, etc., and is a great complement to this paper book!)
