UDR 8485 Light Kit, and my experience with it.
I had a 3D printed light kit on the UDR. It was cheap and when I installed it I thought it was bright. That is till I got the Traxxas light kit. The 8485 light kit was at least 3 times brighter and it's still at least 2 times brighter on low beam. The light kit without a Traxxas link has 3 settings. Low beam, high beam, and just the rear lights only. Brake lights work on all three settings. The light kit was fairly easy to install and doesn't take all the ports on your receiver up leaving it open for extra fans to keep the motor cool, extra "fog lights" or anything else that might be of interest. Probably the best part is the lights are installed in such a way that in a crash, they 9 out of 10 times won't even be touched. Body is a little hard to get on after they are on, but that's the ... I had a 3D printed light kit on the UDR. It was cheap and when I installed it I thought it was bright. That is till I got the Traxxas light kit. The button can be accessed thru the driver's side front wheel well opening (as long as your hands aren't as big as The Hulk's). Definitely worth the money if you need light on your drives.

The only lights to put on your Traxxis Unlimited Desert Racer.
If you want to put lights on your Traxxis UDR then these are the only ones to buy. They really impress you once you upgrade your transmitter to Bluetooth. Then you can truly control all of the functions like low beam or high beam on each individual light. How the rear light works. I set my up to function as a normal break light and backup light. Easy to install. Just be aware the first time you get your Bluetooth working and your tide to the internet everything from the controller, ESC and the lights might want to do a firmware update. Crazy my RC truck has to have firmware updates. But again these lights are expensive but i feel their worth it.
