In extremely rare situations, if a hitch is dropped, mishandled, or run into by a forklift while in transit via FedEx, it can cause one of the side brackets to be damaged. We will send a new replacement unit to the customer.

My towing receiver arrived in good shape and ready to install. I bolted it up to my 2018 Frontier Pro 4X in 20 minutes with a deep 19mm socket and a torque wrench set to 70 ft lbs. the shipping was slower than expected due to the manufacturer doing inventory and not shipping it for an extra week, but that wouldn’t likely happen to you. Tina was great, answered my questions and communicated well. Great product, great seller, great price, I’m happy. Thanks.

    Good, but….

    It should have been easier than it was. The flanges that bolt to the frame were not quite square- may have been dropped on one end to tweak it out of place- so it required a bit of mechanics to get it bent back out to proper alignment. Fortunately I did it at work so I had some heavier equipment to persuade it to cooperate. Otherwise , all good. Easy instructions, straight forward project There was no damage to the shipping box, so if it was dropped, it was prior to shipping

    Nissan Frontier reciever hitch

    all bolt holes lined up, fasteners were of good quality, instructions clear including torque specs. appreciate bracket for wiring connection. I saw a U-Haul hitch, lack of refinement, no bracket for wiring.
