Works Great
Our Kawasaki 610 Mule toe-in was 1-1/2" from the factory. That wore out the front tires. I set the toe-in at 1/32", the garages and the Kawasaki dealer wouldn't adjust the toe-in, if they can't hook a computer to something their lost. Small wheels you will need to lay a short 2X4's down or on edge and set the plates ends on the 2X4's. I used a 6' level as a straight edge to get the front wheels straight ahead. Hold the straight edge against the tire, then see what the distanced is from the rear tire, turn the steering wheel so both sides are the same distanced, then adjust toe-in. At this time check to see if the steering wheel is straight if not you will adjust with the tie rod ends. For a car or truck you will have to use a string. Faster than expected shipping. Quality is fine including cheap, light weight tape measures that are both accurate. Excellent value! Just need to add flat washers to make stand-off's stand straight. I would recommend to any that know how to use them.
