I purchased a 200 watt set for more years ago and there wasn't a remote, so I absolutely loves these. Being able to adjust the bass and treble is also very nice because it allows me to make adjustments that best fit my hearing aid. The subwoofer is powerful and can be felt in m seat depending on the volume levels. It's a great addition to my tv which has speakers in the rear but no wall behind it to bounce the sound off of. I rather enjoy them, and for the price I couldn't be more satisfied. Being able to adjust the volume via remote is very helpful; I had other ones I had to get up and turn a knob to do so which was a bit bothersome. The cost, quality, and features make this a great product. When I first set them up I put some music on at the highest volume, to which I received complaints from family members throughout the house lol so they definitely pack a huge sound in a convenient package.Read full review

I bought this system for a theater system. If you are also looking for the same do some research. If you have an older TV your USB port isn’t an out port. It is only used for diagnostic purpose. Make sure that your TV is equipped with an earphone jack since that is the only way this system would work on my none earphone older TV. Well I’ve exhausted myself trying to find a way to play my TV through this system. Big Misconception. I would like to say that as a Blue Tooth sound system playing my iPod through it, it does sound good. That is the only reason I didn’t send it back. Still searching for a Theater System.

After problems mentioned below I have found that this system does "Kick butt". They are loud enough for small entertainment centers, TV or almost too much for your PC. I paid $40 but have noticed it for more so even for $60 I would be happy. I thought that the volume controls were on the back but they turn out to be just "Tone" controls which are good to have (bass and treble). So I wasn't really impressed until I found the volume on the front and it was set to 10 and as I turned it up to 11, 12, 13, 14 the decibels increased rapidly. It goes up to 16. I'm using it for my PC. I would recommend. It came with a cheap connection cord and that shorted out which gave me a scare at first but after finding out that it was just the cord I replaced it with a good cord with gold plated connection plugs and that made a noticeable difference.Read full review

Nice little system for the TV that adds just enough sub-woofer to give the TV a more realistic sound especially when listening to music shows like Voice as well as movies. And the remote is a big plus so that the source from the system can be balanced with the TV speakers to suite your listening needs. My TV is in a small room 12 x 15 so this system is very adequate. The specs say it is 300 watts but not sure how those numbers were calculated because if it was indeed 300w then it would have a bigger sound. But I am very pleased with it and would recommend it to others for a small room.

compact, but loud. great size for a smaller area. I use it for my game system and it works fantastic. I 've also used it plugged into my cell phone and played Pandora through it for a party at my house. only thing I didn't care for is I can't turn it on or off with the remote( still have to reach behind the main unit for power control. Also had to get my own RCA cables for connection to sound output on the TV, but like any guy already had them.
