This is an excellent book on Customer Service. The book is very easy to read and to follow. Providing quality customer service is a must in today's economy. This book provides great tips on what to and not to do. I highly recommend this bood to everyone.
I needed this book for a college course I'm taking. So far, the book seems very descriptive. It also really describes what true customer service is and who it's about. The definitions are wonderful. It shows you that customer service is not just about the "outside customers" but also about the "internal customers" who work at the business.
