Ken Follett is one of my favorite authors. His unique hand on the pen is what keeps the reader glued to the novel. His ability to make the reader jump into premature conclusion never seizes to amaze me. THE THIRD TWIN, 1996, is such a book. I never give the plot away—though many probably have already done so—but his character, Dr. Jeannie Ferami was somewhat dubious, for she, as the major player, was smart and naive at the same time. She was ingenious, creative, having relentless energy and yet falling for simple but highly perilous situations. Nevertheless, the plot was cunning and entertaining. Definitely a good read.
M it is a good read.
