Actually bought this to be part of an art installation, as I loved the movie but no longer had my copy. So I haven’t actually played the tape, but it looked in excellent condition!

Kudos go out to Jody Foster and Sir Anthony Hopkins..Foster plays a FBI Agent assigned to act as a go between with Hannibel Lecter and the FBI..hoping for Hannibel the Cannibels help in finding the abducted Daughter of a TN Gov. higher up...watch as Habbinal weaves a sick twisted web filled with gore and violence...still, despite his penchant for human blood and meat Lecter comes off as a nice intelligent Guy with a few screws loose..Hopkins gives the performance of a lifetime as Hannibal the Cannibal..Hopkins and Foster work well off each other..this is a flick worth watching..great storyline, fantastic acting and a brilliant ending makes this a fun watch for anyone over the age of 18..Don't miss this one!

I love the twists & turns troughout the movie. The lead actress & actor play their parts fabulously!! It would be the same without them! I can't think of anything I disliked? I decided to buy it because I watched it on tv a few times & loved it & had to have it!! I would recomend this film very highly! Enjoy!!
I just saw this movie for the first time and I thought it had a great story line. You have some great actors in this movie, like: Sir Anthony Hopkins (The Mask of Zorro, Red Dragon), Jodie Foster(Panic Room, Nell), and Ted Levine (TVs Monk). Clarice Starling seeks out Hannibal Lechter for help catching a crazed killer who skins his victims. The press has given the killer the name Buffalo Bill. A great ending to this movie.
