    The Eye Care Revolution

    This book has an astounding amount of information related to eye structure, function and eye disease. There is a wealth of information about possible benefits of food and supplementation which most traditional ophthmalogists ignore. Highly recommended for reading and re-reading if you have any issues with eyes. Each time I peruse it, I find some new gem of wisdom.

    Comprehensive/easy to read/lots of great information on improving eye health. . .Not just for challenges to eyes/vision but also for maintaining excellent eye health.
