Nice little amplifier but most definitely NOT 1000 watts, maybe 300, 500 tops. It will start to distort at at 2/3rds full volume, and the hiss is very audible. Good for a garage or a shop, but much else.

Great value receiver
My intention was to use this receiver to provide overhead speaker sound for my television and as a FM radio. It has a lot of modern features as described when I purchased it. The remote control is a very basic control device that needs to be close in proximity with the unit. It does not have a power control feature which is a bummer. Bluetooth would have been another great feature to have, but I understand the need to keep the cost down on this bargain unit., So far everything works great! Not excited about this purchase.
The selling point for us for this receiver was the USB port. Unfortunately the USB button doesn't work. We have the push, the pull the power button out to get the machine to turn off. The unit was not the cheapest unit option out there, nor was it quality priced, but is definitely a cheap unit. Cheap parts, cheap plastic as expected. The lights on the face of the machine are extremely bright, the picture does not do it justice. At least we don't forget to turn it off. It does carry sound from our XM Radio box to the speakers, so it wan't a complete waste of money. But I could have bought a receiver for half the price that did that.The selling point for us for this receiver was the USB port. Unfortunately the USB button doesn't work. Sounds good, easy to set up, Descent power. Lack off Control Memory is a bit annoying and the only reason for a 4 star rating instead of 5

Great receiver" Great sound and functions. FIVE STARS*****
I bought this reciever to replace a high end receiver I use in my barn. The barn is new and used for events and such. What a great item to say the least and the price. But the functions with BlueTooth and all wasn't enough. The sound is great and like I said this was replacing a very high end receiver. I don't ever leave reviews but! This is a great item for the price.

Bringing music to the outdoors...
Bought it to use outside on the porch... good sound and power since a cable run to one of the speakers is fairly long. For the price it does exactly what I want but probably won't use the USB or SD features but you never know!
