Muffled tone quality
I love the product except when you talk on the phone with it you come through somewhat muffled. I keep getting others asking if I am in a tunnel or do I have my mouth to close to the phone because they have so much trouble with me sounding clear enough to understand. We have tried moving the phone further away then closer, but that did not help. We also tried changing the volume control and still no help. Not so good...wish I didn't buy 2 pairs
I bought these earbuds in the beginning of August 2022 The battery would last for 6 to 7 hours listening to music as I would go for a run...1 hour a day. It is now November and the battery only lasts for 3 hours. NO GOOD. They also did not stay in my ears as I ran but that could be me. Xr500 is not noise cancelling
The XR500 is good. Easy to set up. Sound is ok. Not noise cancelling thou. It fits like ear plugs so it cuts out some outside noise. I was expecting it to electronically cut out outside noise.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
