    IT Firmware flashed (P16) not the version advertised (P20) in listing, packaging inadequate.

    MISLEADING LISTING: The listing explicitly advertises P20 IT firmware version, while the card arrived with version P16. I will have to flash it myself, which with SUPERMICRO cards might not be as simple as with LSI ones (separate firmware images, tool not working as reliably). I will manage to do it, but it is significant nuisance. On a positive note this might be a proof the card is actually brand new and never used. INADEQUATE PACKAGING: The parcel arrived relatively quick, but was damaged in transit: external envelope was torn to such extent that polish post had to put the parcel into additional plastic bag to avoid further damage, internal flimsy cardboard box partially crushed, thankfully the card in plastic carrier survived. Appears to be working, all electrolytic capacitors and SMD ...

    Works perfectly fine and already has flashed IT firmware.

    Great product. IT firmware already flashed and is up to date so I did not have to bother with it so it worked out of the box. It was packaged carefully and the product looked exactly like in the pictures. The delivery took some time (as most products do when coming from China to my location) but it was shipped super fast. The heatsink on the card can get very hot so I recommend some either direct airflow or just good front-to-back airflow in the case to manage it.
