I told the seller immediately after I purchased it that I would need it shipped by the next day in order for it to arrive for my event on time. They waited 5 days to ship it, were slow to respond to messages and then didn’t ship it the right way so it was returned to them and they had to ship it again. There were shipping issues because the customer paid "MEDIA MAIL" rates which don't apply for goods and the package was returned to us. We paid all the additional postage and it seems the package arrived.
