Though Boy George panned this book on Twitter in mid-August 2017 (he said it's tripe; reason: he said he was 'off his nut.'), this still makes a compelling read. It (sort of) picks up where his first autobiography ('Take It Like A Man,' 1995) left off, with just as much frankness and humor as one would expect. There are 3 sections of photographs- no repeats from 'TILAM,' from childhood through the early oughts (00s). I was disappointed that this copy didn't come with the accompanying 'Straight' CD, probably because it's second-hand. The paperback has a sort of vinyl-like covering which has the jacket design printed on it. This vinyl is separating from the paperback cover at the edges of the book, and I've had to tape it to keep it together; be prepared if you're getting a paperback copy. If you've read 'Take It Like A Man,' and you're a Boy George fan, you'll want to read this.Read full review
