    Great Product

    Habitrol is the best nicotine patch on the market. I have tried all of the store brands and they irritate my skin and leave a rash. The store brands come on strong and fade before the 24 hours is up. Habitrol does not irritate my skin at all and does a great job of administering it through the skin into the bloodstream at a very moderate, long lasting, even flow.

    Better than generic patches

    While these are much better than the tiny rectangular generic patches sold by many here that are of questionable origin and contain more stinky camphor than nicotine (instructions for some say use up to 3 (!!!) patches at one time--absurd), other brands (Equate, for example) are more reliable. These round Habitrol patches stick ok and probably contain the indicated amount of nicotine (you need over 50 mg nicotine total for them to reliably deliver their stated 21 mg dosing per 24 hours), these do not stick as well as others (namebrand and Equate). But they'll last 24 hours if you apply pressure for a half minute or so during application. Suggest applying after a shower or heavy workout because they are hit-or-miss in terms of water resistance.     Habitrol Really Works For Me

    I purchased 2 boxes~~1 for myself & 1 for my friend. In 1 1/2 weeks I have cut back to 6 cigarettes a day from the 1 1/2 packs a day I was smoking. I've tried quitting before but the patches I was using just didn't stop the cravings. These patches really work. We both agreed that we're ready to go to the lower step 2 for my next order of patches. It's so nice to have the extra $$ that were spent to buy cigarettes every day. If you have a clear mindset to stop smoking these patches will certainly help you reach your goal. I'm glad I found the Habitrol patches. If I had tried doing it again with patches from Walmart I would be a failure again but these really work.
