This is a great read for anyone in sales or that deals with the public. The book is very informative in how to negotiate with all type of clients. Also dispals the theory win-win is a winner for anyone but the client. Jim expands on how the win-win negotiation has put a lot of business's out business by buying into that type of thinking.Great read highly recommend!Jerry S
