This will be a great and quick workout in the mornings before work. I felt the workout mainly in my upper arms and shoulders. I have weights and a punching bag at home, so for me it was a good addition. The inside grip is 4.5 inches wide. My palm grip is 3.5 so my hands don't rub on the inside.
