All you need are the tactics in here
I beat procrastination with this book. It's a multifaceted beast and this book shows how to take it apart and beat each section. Psychological words aren't necessary to learn, but anyone can get past that and use the good stuff in here. Nice short book about 3/8 or about 8mm thick
