Nice product and does the job, but instructions lacking.
Nice quality and reasonably priced. Even though the installation was easy, the setup took me outside the instruction manual. Other than a guide for identifying the indicator light colors, there was no setup manual. I had to contact my Alarm company Tech Support to properly get it working and the monitoring and notification parameters saved. The whole process including installation took me about 1 hour.

Need professional electrician for installation
Product requires professional electrician for installation. It also requires additional items that are not included; moreover the company does not even sell the items! Description on box is also vague as to the additional items. If you are a professional installer or love challenges going on a scavenger hunt finding additional components to get this thing to work, this is the product for you. Otherwise, just buy the ring!
