    Received within days. No postage fee. About $60 cheaper than GG etc. Using it for post-moult. Absolutely ripped the fur off carpet/rugs. The cord separates from the extension cord very very readily. Will use a yellow cord retainer in future. Pretty heavy so gives your lower back a work-out. Too bulky to go under furniture but I have my old vacuum for that if necessary. I cannot fault this for the price and service. Love how it cuts the fur fibres. "If the head gets blocked, just keep vacuuming".

    I have used a cordless vacuum for the last 7 until the battery gave out, I was never completely satisfied with it’s performance so i decided to try a corded vacuum, this vacuum is heavy but is very powerful, I was shocked at the amount of dust it sucked out of the carpet compared with my old vacuum. Great value fast delivery. Recommend this seller.

    Not the sellers fault at all. But this vac is heavy, quite difficult to get into small spaces and actually doesn't pick up as much as my 2 year old VAX pet vac. And the cable is shorter than the VAX so I have to unplug and move to another socket more often, quite irritating. The seller gave very quick delivery and the price was very good compared to what Shark themselves charge.

    Great vacuum except for 1 thing.

    This vacuum is very good. Does a great job on floors and carpets. Easy to empty too. Long cord. There is 1 problem....if you use the extention wand to do high cleaning near ceilings etc. the vacuum WILL topple over. It wont balance.

    It's really heavy to use

    The design of this New Shark vacuum is heavy to use compared to my older version of shark. The old Navigator had better suction the difference between them is hard to understand, New shark has gone backwards.

    Powerful vacuum, great for pet hair, but heavy and difficult to maneuver

    This vacuum is very good, I purchased it specifically because of the pet hair element. It does a great job on the carpets and floors, embarrassed at how much it did pick up on the first use. However, be aware it does topple over quite easily if you use the extension wand, you need to hold it or position it against something to stop this. It is also very heavy, so I am finding it hard to maneuver around furniture, or even just moving it from place to place. Overall, I am happy with how it performs and the price paid. I just wish I had tested one before hand before buying, I would have gone for something lighter.

    This vacuum sucks!

    This vacuum works! I have a long-haired dog and am constantly plagued with shedded hair. The Shark picks it up. It is well designed such that bundles of hair do not get caught and block the vac. It rolls easily and is very manoeuvrable, even allowing easy access under furniture. The provision of a removable tube also offers a useful aid in cleaning in tight spaces or up walls or whatever. All parts of the vacuum are well designed and clip into place easily and solidly. It is refreshing to find a vacuum that hasn't got fiddly or delicate catches and which readily allows access to & opening of the generously sized vacuumed waste. All in all, this is a great vac. I've used many in my 75 years and I've not yet had a better one. I certainly recommend it.
