It will work well in my utility trailer as aft anchor points to tie in my golf cart. 3/8" bolts needed to mount, I suggest grade 8 or socket head, as I used the socket head bolts. Made to accept a 3/8" carriage bolt in the square hole provided. 1/2" bolt would be too large diameter.
