Have not had it long enough; meets general expectations. You have to stick to the instructions-once in a while the film gets stuck in the corners and folds over so pay special attention until you see the product exiting the dispenser. The tray folds and falls down frequently. Just too delicate in design for the feed tray. Otherwise this product meets the need for basic laminating practices. Happy New Year.

This is an incredibly light weight, very simple to use, product. There are no adjustments to make and the finished laminated product is of excellent quality. I used it on heavy stock paper with three and five mil lamination material and then again with light weight 20 # printer paper and it works just great in all cases.
