These are short, tough workouts. Scientifically measured with medical instruments to ensure that each movement engages the correct muscle groups for each area of toning, they are very effective workouts. I'm not fond of the music, but the workouts are worth it and Tamilee is very pleasant and professional. This workout video also comes with an updated cover showing a more recent photo of Tamilee. So beware, I accidentally bought the new one thinking it would be a new set of workouts.

Tamilee is one of my favorite instructors. I especially love the 2 abs sections of the dvd. You definately feel your abs working. This is definately a dvd you must own. Dont be fooled by the time it takes to complete. It really works wonders. Have been on it for 2 weeks and can definately feel better and stronger abs.. She is such as sweet person and you dont get bored listening to her. It also has a feature on the dvd to remove her voice and only work with music which is also great. Dont let the timing fool you. The exercises work great!
I really like the workout but I hate how they have this boring introduction about how the workout was developed in lab, blah blah blah before every single chapter. Couldn't they just put it at the beggining once instead of making you watch it over and over again? Maybe it's my dvd player that's messing up somehow but it really bothers me. By the time I manage to skip through the whole thing I'm starting to lose my rhythm and not so eager to do another set. Also, if you are planning on doing more than one of the segments, you gotta watch / do the warm up over and over again. No "play all" as a sequence option. I'll save this dvd for the days I'm short on time can only do one of the 15 min workouts or I'd use it just before I do something else like cycling. If I could rate it in detail, I'd give the workout 5 stars and the production of the dvd 2 stars. That said, I'd say, overall, 3 1/2 stars.Read full review
An easy to follow exercise program. Borrowed it for years from the local library. Decided to buy a copy recently. There are six different 15 minute segments: 2 for abs, 2 for butt, 2 for arms. All are adjustable to different levels of fitness.

I decided to buy this DVD because I am too fat and my clothes don't fit anymore. I used to do Buns of Steel back in the 90's so I decided to search for Tamilee Webb's DVDs. This DVD has 2 levels and they are each in 15 minute segments so you know there is an end in sight when you think you can't do anymore. Try to do it everyday and I think you will notice a positive difference.
