I love this robot vacuum. It was a cinch to set up (just followed the directions) and it runs quietly. My other robot vac (which was about 8 years old) was incredibly noisy. The bin lifts out easy (again, I just followed the directions). I have it scheduled to run 5 days a week and it keeps my floors clean from dust and dog fur (I have 2 Cavalier King Charles). I have carpets and tile in my house and this performs admirably. I did put down 2 magnetic strips by the 2 slider doors so that the vac wheels do not get caught.

Incapable to go over the kitchen rug. Sensors freak out when the vacuum it's about to go over the edge of the rug. When I try to use manual, the sensors still won't allow the vacuum to get on the rug. Manual mode should lower sensitivity but it doesn't. It keeps bumping onto it self trying to move forward even through there aren't any obsticles in the way. Same issue with the rug in the living room. It works fine while on the carpet. Not worth the money. This is our second Samsung model. The first one was the R7040, strangely, it performed better than their top of the line the R9350 Powerbot

Vacuum works great and does a methodical job. The large cannister helps a lot. Picks up dog hair with no issues. Getting the app to work takes a lot of searching boards and reading online. Even then, it still isn't simple. The key is putting the phone in airplane mode at the start, though there is no documentation that indicates that.

I purchased refurbished because this model is way over priced. Pros, good suction, and decent battery life. Cons, gets stuck, and difficult to program. As long as your around to help it get unstuck it a great helper.
