    STLinkV2 works as intended. Note for anyone using the Stm32 tools. The new STM32CubeProgrammer doesn't really work with the STLinkV2, but from inside STM32CubeMX it works through the command line version of the STM32CubeProgrammer. If you want to use this with an external programming app, the older STM32 ST-LINK utility works perfectly fine.
