Very happy with the unit. Lauda water bath was in very good condition for a used piece of lab equipment & price was fair. We have immediately put it to use in one of our current lab projects and it is delivering the set point temps without issue. I was also impressed with the packaging as the unit was shipped inside a crate to protect it against shipping damage. Won't hesitate to buy from this seller again in the future.

Unit was well packed in wood crate. When I opened the crate the unit was not the same as what was pictured. I contacted the seller and he responded right away. When I told him what I found, he offered to refund half the cost.
