Seller was responsive to questions. Part is poorly made. Bores for fork tubes are too small. Plugs for tube extension are way too small, handlebars won't fasten securely. Bolt holes in risers blocks aren't located correctly. Seller offered a return, I chose to keep them and will make them work. Expanded the bores and will shim the plugs. I ordered these because they are made in USA.
