I've been replacing my small hand tools with Ryobi One + 18V equivalents for a couple of years now. the tool quality seems perfect for my homeowner needs and this drill, in particularly is well balanced and the clutch mechanism makes it also very useful for driving screws. It is powerful and the easily interchangeable batteries, means it never has to run out of power. It also charges very quickly. I also own several 40V Ryobi battery tools including leaf blowers and a chainsaw. Go for it!

..I like the drill, although I have NOT used it much. I have many tools and I bought it just for convenience. I think, the 18V battery, makes the tool more powerful and more charge lasting. I have bought a few Ryobi products I pass around to my friends n family.

I probably should have read the details on the product. I assumed it was like the Ryobi drill I already had; it is NOT. It's a 3/8 drill and not 1/2. There's no light on when you drill, and the worse difference is the two part tightning system which is not near as handy as the one piece drill on my 1/2 inch Ryobi. It's still an excellent drill.

I have many Ryobi tools (One+) and needed an extra drill for our new travel trailer. It works great and the price was excellent being able to buy the bare tool. The extra bonus accessory back is actually a very useful add-on ... overall a GREAT deal.

I gave the Ryobi to my son so he had it to go with his impact driver. I also have one of each and think they are great for normal home users. If they aren't abused or overworked they should give back your money's worth.
