Not a bad sub box. Works well in open cab; pretty muted in a sealed trunk. Power and ground inputs are not 4ga wire size; makes for a very difficult wiring for full power. Remote works well enough. I would say get it for a hatchback SUV or truck but not a sedan. Increasing the wire input to true 4 gage is a must to improve it.

Was looking for a decent and compact size sub for my coupe (very small trunk). Installation was simple and straight forward. Bass sounds nice for size and price, but does go in and out of protective mode after 10-15 mins. It does become frustrating when your trying to bump, but you get what you pay for. If your looking for nice bass at a moderate volume then this is for you. I myself will rock this for a little longer, but will eventually upgrade since I foresee the protective mode getting on my nerves in the future. While it’s working it does sound nice though.

The sub sounds amazing. But only for about 20 or 30 minutes then it will go into protect mode. But if you have your bass turned down on the head unit at 1/4 and input gain at1/4 and power at 1/4. It won't cut out and sound nice but for those days you have your windows down and you just want to bump it will only last 20 or 30 mins.

For the size and the price, it's easily worth the money! Have one in my Ford Ranger and it sounds great! Super easy to wire up and had music pumping in 10 minutes! Love it!
