    Arrived in new condition and no damage whatsoever. I recommend this model because it has good switches. The faceplate also has a good quality usb connector if you ever need it. All the rear plugs have a solid fit. I used it as a rackmount but the grommets at the bottom can be removed to use on a desktop.     Unfortunately, item arrived with both rack mounts bent. Seller was very accommodating in expediting my return and refund. I suspect mounts were bent when seller received item from manufacturer, as the seal on the box wasn't broken until I opened it upon delivery to me.

    Add the main power switch on the front panel and the multi plug type power out take in the back panel and its a product I have not seen anywhere yet

    Its a basic product but good quality. I would have liked a master power switch on the front panel of as well as the power on red indicator light next to the USB charger is on all the time unless You cut the main power source. With the additional main power switch included and the power outages in the back panel could be suitable for more types of plugs or "multi type plug outages" it would be really perfect for its purpose. Another good thing is that the it can be used from 110-220 voltage, that was one of the reason for purchasing this product.

    Look for a Better one.

    The unit had a bend at the left front corner by the logo. I was able to bend back some. Still a hump at end. If fit my rack case fairly well. To bad it doesn't have a outlet on front side as per say I could plug in something instead of going to the back side of unit.
